Delivery Method

All reports and packages purchased through VINHIN.COM are delivered digitally via email as PDF attachments. We do not ship any physical products.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your report will be prepared and delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Most reports are delivered within 3–4 business hours, and many are completed and sent on the same day.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume or if additional information is required to complete your report.

Accessing Your Report

Your completed report will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided when placing your order. No account registration or login is required. Simply open the email, download the attached report, and save it for future reference. You may access and download your report at any time after receiving it.

Incorrect or Missing Email Address

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout. If you do not receive your report within 4 business hours, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our support team, and we will promptly resend your report.
